Pray for Malaysian Airlines MH370

I am lying in bed but I just can't sleep. My heart feels so heavy. Earlier today, I've reached out to a few family members of passengers on Malaysian Airlines MH307. All I could do on Twitter is offer kind words. I know it probably won't make a difference to them but I wanted to try.

This has hit home for me. As you may know, I love Malaysia with all my heart. It is an amazing country with such lovely citizens.

In Singapore we experienced the tragedy of SQ006 back on 31st October 2000. Before that it was the Silkair Flight 185 that crashed in the Musi River near Palembang in southern Sumatra. Both incidents was a painful reminder of how fragile life is.

To the families and loved ones of the passengers of MH307, my thoughts and prayers are with you. May god give you strength in this very difficult time. To Malaysians, Singapore is standing side by side with you. You are our brothers and sisters and nothing will ever change that.

I'll end this post with something I said on Twitter a short while ago...

@noelboyd: Not knowing what's happening gives us hope right? That's good enough for now. Good night and keep praying darlings! #PrayForMH370

  3. 4th day already, still nothing found. But got report of cellphone ringing and disconnect.

Let's hope those passengers are still alive but in another dimension space for some kind of Dharma Initiative.
