PAP Wins Ang Mo Kio GRC!
First and foremost, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the People's Action Party (PAP) team at Ang Mo Kio GRC. I take comfort with the fact that I played a tiny little role in helping the team during the elections. It would be entirely up to them on how best I can contribute to Kebun Baru from this day forward. Honestly, I would do anything and everything if I was asked. The sky is the limit!!! That's how much I support this team led by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
As a pro PAP supporter, I feel for the team at Aljunied GRC. Especially for Minister of Foreign Affairs George Yeo. But I guess this would mean that Minister Yeo would have more time with delegates and other pressing issues that his ministry sees to. And for all those low IQ Singaporeans that were chanting "KELONG", if there was really such a thing as "kelong" during our Singapore elections, the Workers Party wouldn't have won Aljunied!
On that note, I'll like to wish my neighbour Low Thia Khiang congratulations on winning Aljunied GRC. It's a victory that will go down in Singapore's history books and it is certainly a big win for his party.
Now that the General Elections is over, we know exactly what the majority of Singaporeans wanted from the very beginning. And that is for the proven and tested formula by the People's Action Party. The anti-PAP circle would strongly disagree but quite frankly, your views don't matter. What truly matters is the margin that the PAP won today and I'll toast the seven beers I had to the PAP returning to power!
