Wait a minute! That tattoo has boobs!!

Apparently this dude went the extra mile by getting implants done for his tattoo. He got the implants after his pinup tattoo was completed. I have never seen anything quite like this before...

Now that's being unique!

    I think it's unique. His tattoo is pretty popular on the web. I expect to see a rise in tattoo implants very soon...

    That is seriously freaky. It looks like a cancerous growth... :S

    I wonder though, what happens if the implants leak?
