Idol Recap!
I'm glad I watched American Idol. I truly enjoyed two exceptional performances today. Jason Castro and David Archuleta did really well with their renditions of Somewhere Over the Rainbow and Angels.
Like Simon Cowell, I first heard the version by Israel Kamakawiwo Ole on the internet. Jason Castro totally sold the song. I still do listen to Somewhere Over the Rainbow from time to time. Especially on lousy days. Listening to it again today, was pleasing to say the least.
When Archuleta sang Angels, my hair stood! This kid has talent man! Angel is without doubt, one of my all-time favourite songs. What's there not to like from Robbie Williams?? The last time my hair stood while listening to this song was when I first played my Robbie Williams LIVE SUMMER 2003 album. Enough said!
