I can't wait!
I can't wait for tomorrow! It feels like it's Christmas Eve. Nope, I'm not attending an orgy session. But I am receiving a brand spanking new laptop courtesy of Singnet. Right now, it sure is better than an orgy. Heh!
Do you know what that means? It means, yours truly will be blogging on the go. I plan to blog on the bus when possible and at the tattoo shop. Woohooo! I'm so fucking stoked guys!!
There's a new poll located at the right sidebar. Please vote and let us know what you think. Better yet, get your friends to vote too. I plan on sending the results to the press and Discovery at the end of July.
My post, Tattooed and Singaporean!, has gathered a good number of hits so far. To be fair to the folks that aren't inked, tattoo artists here in Singapore need to step up their game. Every shop/studio needs to stop tattooing anyone below the age of 18. We don't need a stupid law to tell us to do so. It's the tattoo artists that are tattooing these young teenagers that are giving the art we love a bad name. Now that isn't cool!
Lots more can be done for both the tattoo shops and community in Singapore. Like everything else in life, it will take time. At least for now, we are moving in the right direction.
With that said, it sure looks like we will be having our very first tattoo convention here in sunny Singapore! Let's just keep our fingers crossed and hope it does indeed happen. The Singapore Tattoo Show '09 is scheduled to happen from the 9th to 11th of January. Visit www.tattoo.com.sg for more information.

Yea bro! We'll all go together if it does really happen. Hmm, I seriously doubt the big names will be coming. I guess the best in Asia should be good enough right?
