Halloween Event 2017: Singapore Halloween Festival

It's the only Halloween event in Singapore this year that focuses around a carnival atmosphere that's kid-friendly! Held in a huge water park at Downtown East, Wild Wild Wet is the venue for this fabulous annual event that celebrates Fun, Horror, Dressing Up and everything Halloween!
