If you're ain't traveling to India anytime soon and you want to sink your teeth into a yummy Bombay Burger, here's the recipe. If you can't cook to save your life, get your Indian neighbour/colleague/friend or even a stranger to help you out!

Ingredients:

1/2 kgs potatoes - boiled
Mustard seeds
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp. turmeric powder
Paav or buns
2 cups besan (gram flour)
A Pinch of sodium Bicarbonate

For chutney:
1 full garlic pod
7-8 green chilies
Salt & pinch of amchur powder

Method:

1. Mash the boiled potatoes. Add salt and keep aside.
2. Heat some oil, splutter mustard seeds in it. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and add it to mashed potatoes. Mix well and add chopped coriander.
3. Take besan in a bowl. Add salt and a pinch of sodium bicarbonate. Add water and make it a thick batter. Make small balls of the potato mixture, dip it in besan batter and deep fry it in hot oil.
4. For chutney, dry fry the garlic for few minutes. Grind it with green chilies, salt and amchur powder.
5. To Serve, take the bun, slit it into half, apply some chutney and put the wada in it and cover with the other half - Tastes yummy.

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 1 hour

If this is too much trouble, I hear that they sell it at Lau Pa Sat. So get your spicy loving little ass over to Lau Pa Sat stall #60 for a taste of India.
